All pricing listed on our website is indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed following discussion, condition and scope of work. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include:

- Bank transfer

- Cash

Invoices must be paid within 24hrs of issue. Late payments may incur additional fees.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This is to allow us to change the schedule and plan the working days accordingly.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not available upon arrival or the area is deemed unsafe, Complete Home Co. has the right to refuse the job. It is the client’s responsibility to secure pets and ensure safe working conditions.

OUTDOOR & WEATHER CONDITIONS

Outdoor services such as lawn care and pressure washing are weather dependant. Services may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions.

SATISFACTION & QUALITY GUARANTEE

We take pride in delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24hrs so we can assess and address the issue where appropriate.

SAFETY & HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to decline or stop work if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary or poses a health risk. This includes but is not limited to:

- Hazardous materials

- Excessive clutter preventing safe movement

- Aggressive animals

- Unsafe structures or surfaces

INSURANCE & CHECKS

Complete Home Co. is fully insured for public liability.

Any staff within Complete Home Co. have valid and current police checks as well as Working With Children checks.

SERVICE AREAS

We provide services across the Hills & Fleurieu region. Travel outside this area may incur an additional travel fee.
