Yes. I can help get a property looking its best before going to market, including deep cleaning, window cleaning, garden and outdoor clean-ups, general property maintenance, rubbish removal and other small jobs that can make a property presentation-ready.

Yes. Cleaning remains part of Complete Home Co., including deep cleans, sale cleans, detailed cleaning and one-off cleaning services.

Cleaning can also be incorporated into a larger property preparation or maintenance job where required.

I offer surface mould and mould-stain removal in areas such as grout and silicone, where appropriate.

For significant mould growth, underlying moisture issues or situations requiring specialist remediation, I'll let you know when the job is outside the scope of what I provide.

Yes. Property care can include weeding, pruning, general garden tidy-ups, green waste removal, mulching and preparing outdoor areas for presentation or sale.

Yes, depending on the type and quantity of waste. This can be included as part of a property clean-up, project or quoted separately where required.

This depends on the job. Where materials are required, I'll discuss this with you during the quoting process so you know what is being supplied, what is included in the quote and what may need to be purchased separately.

Yes. Some work requires a licensed trade, specialist equipment or specific qualifications. If a job falls outside the services I provide, I'll be upfront about that and let you know rather than taking on work I'm not qualified to complete.
